From the first moment that we met Richard we knew that he would make our wedding photography both unique and special and we were not disappointed. 

Richard is a lovely, humorous and affable man that made everybody feel completely at ease to the point where he seamlessly blended into our small wedding party throughout the day. The result is that Richard has captured every special ‘unseen’ moment, in a completely unique way, portraying everyones true characteristics and their happiness throughout the day.

We couldn’t be happier with our wedding photographs, they are natural, creative and beautiful, with Richard catching many special moments we didn’t realise he had been photographing. It is such a joy to be able to look back at the photographs which bring to life such lovely memories and really capture the feel of the day.

From our initial meetings to our wedding day, Richard was wonderful to work with. Very professional, responsive and open to discussing ideas with us. Daniel and I are quite nervous in front of a camera but Richard made us feel totally at ease. He had done a lot of research about our venue and managed to find some lovely hidden spots for photographs of just the two of us.

In addition to getting the more traditional pictures of our family and friends, we wanted our photographer to also capture some more unusual shots, both spontaneous and more artistic in style, with Richard understanding this brief perfectly.  It was also important to us that our photographer did not dominant proceedings and Richard’s easy going manner put everyone at ease and also ensured he got the best pictures possible for us.  We are very pleased with the outcome and the lasting memory the pictures have provided.

I cant recommend Richard highly enough. He captured the day perfectly, and I couldn’t be happier with the results: a beautiful visual record of all our family and friends sharing in our joy. He has a real gift for capturing special moments, I have beautiful pictures of my camera-shy Mum watching me walk down the aisle, and my new husband throwing me around the dance floor.  The posed family pictures were kept to a minimum (as requested), and even then he put everyone at ease.
